Innovate to design better
Rexa has joined the FESR 2021–2027 Regional Programme of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, as part of Intervention Line A1.2.1 – Incentives for businesses for process and organizational innovation activities.
This initiative has represented a concrete opportunity to rethink its production processes in an integrated way, with specific attention to all company functions involved in operations: from technical offices to logistics, from quality control to packaging, all the way to customer delivery.

Project Purpose
The REXA DESIGN INNOVATION PROCESS project was created with the goal of innovating the entire factory process, conceived as a structured and interconnected system involving every phase of the internal supply chain. The transformation impacts all operational areas involved in the creation of the product:
• technical and planning offices,
• procurement,
• processing and assembly,
• quality control,
• packaging,
• shipping and delivery to the customer.
To achieve this transformation, Rexa invested both in human resources and technological tools, developing tailored organizational and operational solutions governed by an extended IT system. This system is shaped around the specific needs of each department and built also thanks to the insights of the operators directly involved.

Expected results
• Full integration of company processes to increase production capacity and improve efficiency at every stage.
• Reduction of lead times across the entire supply chain.
• Optimization of production processes, both organizationally and technologically.
• Elimination of bottlenecks through more precise flow control.
• Real-time monitoring of each component's location for accurate traceability.
• Professional growth of operators, involved in broader supervision and control tasks, with a reduction in repetitive manual activities.
