Corian®

Korakril™

Material realised with a mixture of acrylic resins and natural minerals. Korakril™ is resistant, hygienic, anti-static, inalterable to light, stain resistant and can be thermoformed: the heated slabs can be moulded with wooden or metal moulds, creating bi and three-dimensional shapes.
The particular composition of Korakril™ enables the manufacture of tops without visible joints that make the composition continuative.
With its uniformity, you will not and critical point for the deposit of dust and neith er for bacteria. I
nert and non-toxic, it can be used in public places because it does not emit gases.
The production of Korakril™ uses systems designed to minimize the waste that is however reintroduced in the production process, an optimized process, which aims to maximise energy savings.

Korakril™ Stone

Korakril™ Stone is part of the family of Solid Surface materials, consisting of the combination of several natural minerals and performing polymer resin. The minerals of which composed it are of various colors and sizes, for this reason it is supplied in five shades which, while maintaining homogeneity throughout the thickness, characterizes the surface with a marked texture effect typical of natural stones. Thanks to these properties, Korakril™ Stone is durable and easy to restore in the case of small cuts or scratches along the surface.

Fenix®

Marble

The selected Marbles (Nero Marquinia, Rosso Levanto, Grigio Carnico, Emperador, Grigio Veneto, Colle Mandina, Verde Alpi, Carrara) offer the opportunity to incorporate natural materials at home with tones matching the bathroom collections. and they are characterized by their veins. Porosity can be seen on the surface of marbles.

Pureglow

Pureglow is an innovative and transparent material, mainly composed of refined high-quality polyester resins and pigments. Transparency is the focal point that gives the artifact lightness, while maintaining solidity and robustness with the advantage of being less fragile and lighter in weight. The difference in thickness allows for interesting plays of chromatic nuances. The high craftsmanship that characterizes the production of this material allows one to appreciate small bubbles and light streaks as added value.

Glass

It can be used as a simple top or be equipped with a thermoformed washbasin directly in the thickness of the top. Hard and tough, but at the same time fragile, it can be damaged by strong hits or falling objects. In general, the top surface is very resistant to acids, but the paint could be attacked by prolonged contact with acid and basic substances: therefore, we do not recommend cleaning the lacquered surface, it is also recommended to avoid abrupt changes in temperature and temperatures exceeding 60°C.

Mirror

Colourful mirror, a classic that gives a warm and elegant tone to the furniture. Used for the fronts of the furniture collection Moode. To ensure impact resistance and prevent breakage, an internal, reinforced and shatterproof panel is applied to the mirrored glass front to provide it with greater impact resistance.

Ceramic

Inorganic and non-metallic, ceramic possesses a unique quality: it is incredibly ductile in its natural state, but becomes rigid and durable after the firing process.

Metal

Stainless steel has a powder coating process, passing through an oven that allows the object to be covered with a light but resistant layer of paint.

Wood

Medium density ber board veneered and finished with mat varnish.

Clay

Innovative covering system, thanks to which you can obtain
continuous surfaces, create and produce objects and
furnishings. It has a completely manual application cycle, tested and certified. It does not contain cement, lime, epoxy resin and has good resistance to stains. The imperfections and aesthetic inaccuracies do not constitute a defect, but a result of artisanal workmanship.

Eco.malta

Ecomalta is composed by water polymers, Italian minerals and colored ecosustainable pigments. It’s applied manually on cabinets and some Rexa’s
collection top. To guarantee an excellent result and to obtain 2-3 mm of thickness,
it’s applied a base of medium and ne mortar. Then, the product is polished and, to stabilize and to waterproof it, it’s applied 3 coats of mat transparent finish. The product is not toxic and it is not
dangerous for human and for the environment. It can be recycled as a construction inert.

Shark

Shark is the result of the union between a natural mineral and a polyester resin, all then covered with an additional surface resin film. This thin layer gives the material excellent resistance to water and bacteria especially over time. Shark matt or glossy is also available in four different shades in addition to white.

Matt-glossy Lacquer

Water-repellent chipboard panel, lacquered with polyurethane varnishes, anti-yellowing with matt textured effect with fine grain. Painting takes place using polyester resins, 120 gr ⁄ m of colour.

Lacquered metal effect

Melamine

Eco-friendly wood agglomerate material for indoor use, with E1 certification for low formaldehyde emission, ennobled on the surface with decorative melamine through a pressing process.
